The History Of The Band
The band started in late 2002 with James and Charlie jamming just to have a bit of fun with no intensions of making a band. When Christmas had pasted both received new equipment and deceided they wanted to make there own music.

They jammed every saturday for as long as possible with people coming down to watch them in a very cramped garage. Soon people were starting to hear about them around school.

Band friend Simon Haw, deceided he would take up and play bass guitar. He had experience with guitar playing, thanks to Charlie and took up Bass.

The last chapter we came to was at Satmford, on the riverside festival. While Drunk, they asked Stuart Biggs to join and Silver Throttle was complete.

Hi i am the ryhtm guitarist. I have been playin guitar for about a year and a half. I have a green westfield srat and a 100 watt Marshall amp. I am into bands such as H.I.M, A.F.I, metallica and Megadeth.

James Palmer
Hi, Iam the drummer. I have been playing drums for about 6 months but already 4 years ahead of myself. I play a Mapex M-Seies kit in Cherry Red with Mapex hardware including a double bass pedal. I also use Vic Firth sticks and Paiste cymbals. I like most sort of metal like Slayer, Pantera, Metallica, Megadeth, Sepultura and things like Nickelback and G&Rs.
